Summary
The Blue Light Sessions in-studio concert series is host to some of the best regional talent and was designed to provide a way for artists to record a live acoustic "unplugged" concert CD and DVD. The sessions are set in the stylish live room of Blue Light Digital Sound recording studio located in the heart of downtown Mt. Holly, NJ.
The artists 45-60 minute set is recorded live into Pro Tools and filmed with 2 HD cameras in front of an intimate audience of 25 fans. After the performance, the audio is mixed and mastered then duplicated onto custom printed CDs. Each performer receives 25 DVD's and 25 copies of the CD, one for each of the audience members. The artist will also select 3 of their favorite songs from the DVD to be uploaded to Blue Light Sessions You Tube channel and for use on their website.
Artists can apply online at Sonicbids to be considered for the concert series. There are 4 slots reserved for Sonicbids members each month. Selected artists are required to make a $50 deposit, which is refunded once the band has sold 25 tickets to the session. If artists do not sell all 25 tickets, they will be required to recoup the difference of unsold tickets (average ticket price $25). Ticket sales cover the costs of recording, filming, mixing and duplicating. Blue Light provides either physical tickets, or digital tickets via a linkable website for use in social media. This is a great opportunity for artists to record a live album and concert DVD in an intimate atmosphere.

Terms And Conditions
Blue Light Sessions Performance Contract
Ticket Sales
- Artist agrees to sell 25 tickets at $16 per ticket for a total of
$400
- Artist agrees to submit a $50 ticket deposit to book the session. Deposit is
refunded from total ticket sales amount.
- Artist agrees to sell required amount of tickets by the date of the event, and present
required ticket sales in full before the beginning of the session.
- Tickets sold via Ticket Leap website are non-refundable but will be honored in the
event of a rescheduled session.
Completion of Services
- Artist will receive ONE (1) CD and ONE (1) DVD as well as TWENTY FIVE
(25) additional CD copies for those who purchased tickets..
- Pickup and distribution of the copies of the CDs/DVD is the sole responsibility of
the Artist. Arrangements for shipping can be made on a case by case basis, at the
sole expensive of the Artist.
- Artist agrees to accept CDs/DVD in the packing/design of studios choice.
Recordings and Performance Footage
- All song copyrights remain the sole property of the artist.
- Copyright of the recording and performance footage are owned by Studio which
agrees to allow artist to duplicate, display, and sell copies of their recordings and
footage in any manner of their choosing.
- Artist agrees to allow Studio to use recordings and performance footage of Artists
performance in other studio productions not limited to television broadcasts and
compilation CDs.
Cancellations/Re-Scheduling
- Artists may reschedule a session with at least 2 weeks notice and must provide
ample notification to those whom have purchased tickets. Tickets purchased via
Ticket Leap website are non-refundable. In the event of a permanent cancellation,
ticket-holder reimbursement is the sole responsibility of the Artist.
- Any cancellations/rescheduling within 2 weeks of the date of the event will result
in the loss of the $50 deposit.
- Rescheduled sessions will be booked at another time that is mutually available to
Studio and Artist.
- Should Studio be unable to conduct a booked session for any reason, then Studio
warrants that it shall re-book such canceled booking at another time that is
mutually available to Studio and the Artist.
Studio Policy
- Absolutely no smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages is allowed in the studio.
- Absolutely no drugs allowed on the premises of Studio.
- Studio makes no warranties either express or implied other than those contained
herein. Studio shall not be liable for unforeseen consequential damages of any
kind.
- Rates, policies, and equipment may change without displayed, written or verbal
notice.
- The Artist responsible for selling tickets for The Blue Light Session must sign this
agreement and will be held responsible for the actions of all artists and guests he
or she brings to the session. The Artist must show a legal ID with proof of age. If
Artist is under 18 years of age, then Artist's parent or legal guardian must read and
sign this agreement and provide a legal ID, as well as additional proof of
guardianship if last names are different, and will be held responsible for all actions
and debts of Artist.
