2006 Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise Band Contest

The Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise is the world's only fully chartered blues cruise. The 2006 event will be Bluesin'® On The High Seas January 8-15 aboard the five star Holland America ms Westerdam to exotic ports in the Western Caribbean. Featuring over 60 Performances by 15+ of the Industry's Hottest Acts (PLUS surprise guests), one winning group will be selected to perform three times on the ship. Selected artist or group will be compensated for their performance as well as given a cabin on the cruise ship.



The cruise will also include Industry Panels, Musician Workshops, Late Night Pro Jams, Pro-Amateur Jams, Theme Nights and much more.

Founded in 2002, The Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise is recognized as one of the premiere Blues Events on the planet. It's a Floating Blues Festival where, according to past event performer Taj Majal, "Everyone Has A Backstage Pass!"
