Summary
The 22nd Annual Bluesfest will be held at Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm from 21st April until 25th April, 2011. A minimum of 5 Sonicbids artists will be selected for the 2010 event, which will feature over 100 bands performing on 5 stages over 5 days with an attendance of over 80,000. Artist fees will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis by Bluesfest promoters when you are selected to play. Past performers include Ben Harper, John Fogerty, John Butler Trio, John Mayer, Bo Diddley, Jason Mraz, Ziggy Marley, Missy Higgins, Wolfmother, Buddy Guy, Xavier Rudd, Lucinda Williams, Sinead O'Connor, KT Tunstall, The Black Crowes, Wilco, Joss Stone, India Arie, Keith Urban and many others.
Submissions will be accepted in the following genres: Acoustic, Alternative, Americana, Blues, Celtic, Country, Folk, Funk, Goth, Hip-Hop/Rap, Jam Band, Jazz, Latin, Pop, Reggae, Singer/Songwriter, and Urban/R&B.
The 21st anniversary Bluesfest will be one of a special kind with organisers working hard to make it the best one yet.
