Blue Skunk Music - Album Release

Blue Skunk Music, an established independent roots music record label out of Chicago, is looking for artists with self-released recordings who are looking for distribution digitally, with the possibility of physical distribution. Our roster currently includes 24 artists and about 45 albums released, with the focus being primarily Blues, but also Jazz and Americana/Folk./n/nBlue Skunk Music, an established independent roots music record label out of Chicago, is looking for artists with self-released recordings who are looking for distribution digitally, with the possibility of physical distribution. Blue Skunk's roster currently includes 24 artists and about 45 albums released, with the focus being primarily Blues, but also Jazz and Americana/Folk.

They're looking in primarily Blues, Jazz, Roots Rock, Country or Folk, and are primarily interested in artists who are touring a decent amount, not just playing in their home region.

The album will be released worldwide to digital download and streaming music services (over 120 companies that provide to over 300 different services worldwide). Albums selected for digital distribution will be highly considered for physical distribution as well, which would be throughout the US, Canada, a large portion of Europe, Japan and Australia.

Artists would receive the bulk of net receipts after expenses, with the label working exclusively for a percentage of net receipts. Artist would retain all copyrights, publishing, ownership of their songs and sound recording.
