Bowling Green State University is an institution of 20,000 students in Northwest Ohio (approximately 1 hour from Detroit and 20 minutes from Toledo, OH). The school hosts a variety of events ranging from coffeehouse music to large scale concerts featuring music, comedians, speakers, novelty acts and more. Typically, they book one semester ahead of time, but fill out dates throughout the year. As of right now, they are booking for openings in April 2008 (although slim) and Fall 2008 semester.

They typically have a fall Homecoming concert and several regular events of similar nature. Bowling Green also hosts a movie series, tailgate series (for the football season), a pub series in the student union and others. They are interested in speaking to acts of all caliber (local, regional or national) for potential booking, and generally book 15-30 acts per semester. All college friendly genres are accepted.

Compensation range varies dependent on the artist. The school can arrange travel as a built in cost or dealt with independent of contractual fees. Attendance for shows depends on the event; they average roughly 100 people for pubs, 4000 for the homecoming concert, 300+ for student union performances and others.
