Branstock 2008

Mindsnap Promotions is proud to present Branstock 2008, which will take place on Aug. 30th (rain date Sept. 1), 2008 on the Branford Town Green in Branford, CT. Branstock is an all ages outdoor, music & art's festival that’s in it’s 9th year. 100% of the proceeds go to the Branford Food Council & Community Dinning Room for the homeless. There is one slot reserved for a Sonicbids artist.



Last year’s benefit helped raise money for the Joey Children’s Fund of Branford. This year, attendees and artists are asked to bring canned or boxed food the for case.

Branstock is an alcohol free and family oriented event. There is no compensation for the selected artist since this is a benefit for the homeless although they will receive tons of promotion & advertisement. The selected artist will be fed and will be provided with full sound for the show. Travel and lodging is not provided, so it’s suggested that the artists within the New England, North Eastern regions only submit.

Bands scheduled to perform this year so far are EARTH (Playing the best of classic Black Sabbath), The Highfield Band, Fear Nuttin' Band, Red Hill Rockers, The Smyrk, plus more to be announced.
