About the Venue



Broken City has an eclectic taste when it comes to their music. This pub, in the heart of Calgary, is a popular spot for the business crowd during the day and after work, and in the evenings it heats up when the younger crowd arrives. They have live bands every Thursday, special bookings are held on Friday nights and the popular Jazz Jam is held Saturday afternoon. Karaoke and DJ’s keep the rest of the week hopping. Wednesday to Saturday evenings a DJ draws dancers to the floor. Their floor is big enough to accommodate a good crowd, as is their large rooftop patio. Broken City also has pinball machines and darts.
