Summary
Cafe Coco - Back Stage (as in, the stage in the back) is a one of a kind, 50-150 capacity live music venue in the heart of Nashville that has multiple openings available for bands, singer/songwriters, DJs and performance artists for various nights of the week. They are also looking for spoken word artists for events such as their poetry night. Show times are between 8:00 and 10:00 PM with some additional time slots available during the day for national and international acts for promotional purposes. A local draw is preferable but some national acts that are found to be exceptional may be booked to play with local acts.
A partial backline is available. Please refer to the website and familiarize yourself with what is available.
Cafe Coco has a clientele that is a mix of young trendsetters, professionals, artists, musicians and songwriters, and after-hours club hoppers. They only charge a cover when the expected crowd is large enough to warrant it. Compensation can come in the form of a percentage of ticket sales or tips, depending on the show
Café Coco is also looking for Sonicbids artists that have music videos so that Café Coco can screen the videos inside the venue. When submitting, make sure you specify whether or not you want to be considered for this as well.
