Summary
The Alberta Electronic Music Conference (AEMCON) is a one-of-a-kind experience for music producers, DJs, and those that work and create in the world of electronic music. We're a multi-day conference aimed at inspiring and elevating Canada's electronic music scene and the people that make it possible. Combining insight from international headliners, workshops by industry veterans, panel discussions, mixers, and night-life events, this event was created by music lovers for music lovers.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to become apart of a globally respected, self-sufficient arts organization that consistently propels Western Canada’s Electronic Music community into the national and North American spotlight. We provide regular world-class content to develop the local community, and advocates on behalf of the electronic music community to achieve political and community goals within Alberta.
The Band
We're looking for Electronic producers, DJ's and artists within the Genre
We're only interested in acts who are passionate about their craft and who are pursuing a career as an electronic artist
Artists who are chosen to speak or perform at our panels, conferences or shows, they must promote and be punctual
Acts are able to sell merch on-site
The Gig
Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Dates: November 13 - 17, 2019
Venues: Studio Bell, Home of the National Music Centre, The Hifi, Habitat Living Sound, Commonwealth, The Palace Theatre, Broken City and many more

- This is open to artists from all over the world, but we're focused on artists from Alberta and western Canada
