Summary

Cambridge Arts Festival 2007 is offering artists the chance to perform in front of an anticipated all day attendance of 15,000. If selected, you or your band will be opening for Kenwood Dennard (Sting), Hiram Bullock (Paul Simon), and Tal Wilkenfeld (Chick Corea). Additionally, selected artists will receive media coverage in the Boston Phoenix (circulation 120,000).



Ignite the stage downtown Cambridge at Canal Park, performing atop the Charles River on a floating barge. 8 slots are available for artists who submit online through Sonicbids! 6 of these slots are reserved for artists from New England.



The arts festival will take place on August 18 from 12-8 p.m. (rain date: 25 August) and will focus on performing, visual and culinary arts.



Amongst the diverse musical lineup, CAF feature arts and cuisine from businesses of Cambridge as well as the greater Boston area. Being an enjoyable event for the whole family, the festival also provides activities for children and adults under the School of Groove music tent. With a focus on community building through music and the arts, CAF offers a true taste of Boston.
