Camp Bestival 2011

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to Camp Bestival, often referred to as Bestival’s family-friendly little sister. The festival takes place each summer at Lulworth Castle in Doset. Originally started in 2008, the festival has grown into one of the world’s most heralded children-friendly festivals, drawing some approximately 30,000 adults and children each year. The 2011 event will take place from July 28th to the 31st. Acts already announced include Blondie, House of Pain, Miss Dynamite, Yasmin, The Nextmen, Lucky Elephant and The Crayonettes , with more to be announced. Selected bands will be compensated for their performance , with amount subject to mutual agreement.



Curated by DJ and record producer Rob Da Bank of BBC Radio 1, the festival has featured headliners like Madness, Billy Bragg, The Human League, Florence and the Machine, PJ Harvey, Will Young, Mercury Rev, Phoenix and Bon Iver.
