Summary

The Student Association (SA) at Durham College, UOIT and Trent in Oshawa provides the campus with a series of entertainment and events, including public speakers, comedians, concerts and more.

The SA at Durham College, UOIT and Trent in Oshawa is currently looking for performers for their annual Campusfest concert series. This event will be taking place on Saturday, September 22, 2007. Campusfest provides first year and returning students with a safe and fun experience where new friendships can begin and old friendships can be renewed while enjoying live bands and giveaways.

The Student Association in Oshawa is most interested in Soft/Modern Rock, Alternative, and Pop musicians. They are interested in both local and national acts, but being able to bring in a local draw will be beneficial. Also, having experience performing in the college market is a plus.

The expected compensation for supporting acts will start at $200. Campusfest will be located in the new Campus Athletic Complex and will have an attendance of up to 2,000 students. The venue has a stage with lighting.
