General music needed:

  • Period music from 1948-1952 ala New York jazz society bands. Examples: Louis Jordan, Billie Holiday, Coleman Hawkins, Copacabana Club type R&B, jazz, etc. Either period songs and/or recordings or 'in the style of' are acceptable.

  • New R&B music that reflects a coming together across racial divides - unified dreams of equality, talents that cross boundaries, etc. Examples: Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, etc.
