REMOTE: Casablanca Sunset (Blog)

Casablanca Sunset is a Los Angeles based music blog and record label imprint. The idea of Casablanca Sunset began with a core principle of sharing great music and working with musicians to help promote their music! 

We're currently looking to feature emerging Sonicbids artists for upcoming releases on our blog. 

Casablanca Sunset initially began as a podcast in 2013 and quickly transitioned into a blog in the winter of the same year. The music blog was soon indexed by the Hype Machine and the blog began to grow. In the summer of 2016, Casablanca Sunset launched Casablanca Sunset Records alongside Tasmanian-producer KOWL.  

While Casablanca Sunset releases original music, it also continues to review other songs on the Casablanca Sunset blog. We believe it's important to take advantage of all social media platforms to further the reach to a wider audience. Casablanca Sunset playlists are also syndicated on Spotify, Bandcamp and seasonal mixtapes on Soundcloud. In recent years, Casablanca Sunset Records has also released music with talented artists like Abc Dialect, La Felix, Robotikus, Lifelike, and LEFTI. As we continue to grow as a blog and label, we're constantly looking to give emerging acts the opportunity to be featured to our international fanbase and followers.

• We're looking for Indie, Rock, Electronic, Alt/Rock, Synth, Nu-Disco, Pop, and Dance
• We're looking for local, regional and international acts
• Acts must-have professional recordings that are mixed and mastered
• Acts must have up to date social media content online and content available online
• Looking to feature artists that have upcoming projects their about to release
• This opportunity is open to solo, group and/or bands

• We're looking to feature acts in our blog, but we're also open to signing emerging acts to our label imprint 
• This is an opportunity for blog reviews and features
• Although this is not a live show opportunity, many of the bands featured on our blog have gone onto book shows and tours from our write-ups
• Acts of any age are encouraged to apply, our demographic of bands applying is usually 18-35
• This is a non-paid opportunity, however, this is a great chance to tremendously build your fanbase
