2nd Annual Champps ReggaeFest

The 2nd annual Champps ReggaeFest is produced by Davis Concert Staging, Inc. (DCS); a NJ based non-profit promoter. The festival will take place July 17, 2010 at Champps Americana in Marlton, NJ, about 30 minutes from Philadelphia. The festival will feature local reggae acts from the south New Jersey and Philadelphia area. A minimum of one Sonicbids artist will be selected to perform at the festival./n/nThe 2nd annual Champps ReggaeFest is produced by Davis Concert Staging, Inc. (DCS); a NJ based non-profit promoter. The festival will take place July 17, 2010 at Champps Americana in Marlton, NJ, about 30 minutes from Philadelphia. Last year 350 people attended the event.



The festival will feature 3-6 local reggae acts from the south New Jersey and Philadelphia area on two stages. The 1st stage will be outdoors on the patio and will be reserved for acoustic sets. The second stage will feature bands and will be inside. A minimum of one Sonicbids artist will be selected to perform at the festival. Compensation to artists will be negotatied based on travel requirements and artist draw. The promoter will also provide food and drink and a green room to all artists and up to 5 of their guests. Last year, this event featured artists such as Level Vibes, Ballyhoo!, Steppin Razor, and The Movement.



The mission of Davis Concert Staging is to support and raise awareness and funds for a variety of charitable organizations by organizing, hosting and promoting concert events featuring local artists. Davis Concert Staging aims to promote local, independant musicians while contributing to charitable causes. DCS Inc. is a non-profit organization with a deep commitment to charity and the production of quality live entertainment. The event will benefit the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
