Summary
Southern California based Citation Records, in partnership with SEG and Sonicbids, is currently seeking song submissions for an upcoming compilation album. Artists that are selected will have one song placed on the compilation that will be sold online as both physical CDs and digital downloads with the goal of artist / label shared sales revenue and further artist development opportunities./n/nSouthern California based Citation Records, in partnership with SEG and Sonicbids, is currently seeking song submissions for an upcoming compilation album. Artists that are selected will have one song placed on the compilation that will be sold online with the goal of artist / label shared sales revenue and further artist development opportunities.
In addition to standard record marketing and promotional efforts, Citation Records and its partners will also be distributing the compilation to music supervisors for film / TV placement consideration, radio programming directors, and others in our network of industry partners. Additionally, Citation is currently expanding its artist roster. Although being selected to appear on the Citation Music Compilation Vol.1 is not an offer to join the roster, we will be searching submissions for artists that compliment the label.
We are seeking great rock music (any sub genre alternative, classic, pop, punk, etc.) and other film/TV friendly genres and songs. If selected, Artists will be notified by email with further contact information and licensing agreement details. Please do NOT submit any cover songs or songs with any non original/borrowed parts.
