Summary

North Carolina's largest music festival, the 6th Annual CityFest Live! promises to once again showcase an unparalleled assembly of live music, including national headliners, regional, and local favorites performing on four large stages with full production and fantastic lighting and sound.



CityFest Live! will be held in uptown Charlotte, May 7-9, 2004. There will be 2 guaranteed showcase slots for Sonicbids artists. Music formats will include alternative, beach, country, jazz, gospel, oldies, rock’n roll, rhythm and blues, swing, Top 40, Zydeco and more. Expect legends, icons, rising stars, newcomers and a few surprises to rock and roll, bop and boogie, stroll, shag, and swing the weekend away.



A few of the recent past performers include Bob Dylan, Kid Rock, Black Crowes, Chairmen of the Board, Robert Palmer, Foo Fighters, No Doubt, Stone Temple Pilots, Hootie and the Blowfish and The Wallflowers. Sponsors for this year’s CityFest Live! include Budweiser, Wendy’s, Coke and 12 Charlotte Radio Stations.
