This week's CMJ Sonicbids Spotlight Artist: Hot Lava



CMJ and Sonicbids are looking for the best independent talent from around the world to feature as part of the CMJ Sonicbids Spotlight. Each month CMJ Staff will review Sonicbids band submissions and select no less than four (one per week) artists per month for our Spotlight winners.



Each month, selected artists will receive Spotlight placement on the CMJ.com and Sonicbids.com home pages for one week each. Of the four selected monthly Sonicbids artists, CMJ editors will choose one monthly grand prize winner, to be included on either the CMJ New Music Monthly or CMJ New Music Report compilation CDs distributed to thousands of music business professionals, radio and retail executives and music enthusiasts worldwide (a $3,000 value).



Artists are welcome to separately submit multiple songs for review; however each submission must feature a different track.



Please note: In order to be eligible, prior to submitting artists must complete all sections of their EPK. Your Sonicbids membership must also be current in order to be selected.
