Summary

Coast to Coast Music, a music booking, promotions & music consulting company in Encino, California, has been representing music artists in the college market at NACA conferences since 1994. For the first time, Coast to Coast is offering one band free representation at the west coast NACA college booking conference, which takes place November 11-14 in Ontario, California. Coast to Coast only represents a handful of acts yearly. Three acts will be chosen to perform at a live venue in Hollywood at the on Saturday, June 12th at Musicians Institute in Hollywood. An industry panel will select, a minimum of one Sonicbids artist, to be awarded a one year ‘free’ representation to the college market including being represented at the NACA Far West Conference in November 2010. Southern California based solo acts and bands who think they may be good for the college music market are encouraged to submit.




Music acts MUST reside in Southern California and submit a live performance video and a list of future and past performances on their Sonic Bids page.



CEO of Coast to Coast Music, Chris Fletcher, has been working with musical acts for 25 years and has worn the hats of manager, booking manager, publicist, indie promotion consultant, helped run 2 Indie labels and is a expert in the booking colleges, festivals and performance arts theaters. Currently, Fletcher currently works with two solo artists and two bands. She is the Internship Coordinator at Musicians Institute and also formed and teaches Music Business courses; class subjects include: Personal Management, Getting Gigs, The Touring Musician and Making Money in New Music Markets.
