Summary

Colby-Sawyer College is a small, private college located in rural New Hampshire. Due to their location, they strive to provide a great programming calendar to their students. Although the school's population is roughly 900 students, event attendance is often over 100 people.

They are now booking for their Fall and Spring semesters during the 2008/2009 academic year.

The Campus Activities Board is looking for a combination of coffeehouse performers and other artists for special events for both their Fall and Spring programming. They are interested in local, regional and national acts for various different performance opportunities:

Dances – Looking for energetic live bands for their campus dances throughout the year. These take place at Wheeler Hall, with a capacity of over 200 people.

The Lodge – The lodge is an open space with a general seating area for about 75 people. There is an artist friendly sound system, but no lights or stage. Acoustic acts will work best here.

Compensation for performances ranges from $500 - $1,500 and depending on the situation, they may cover housing, meals and travel costs as well.
