PLAY: Complex Oakland (CA)

Complex Oakland is a multi-level arts, concert, and entertainment facility nestled in the heart of Oakland's historic downtown theater district. Complex Oakland is one of Oakland's signature multipurpose facilities equipped with three fully independent spaces, The Complex Concert Hall, Restaurant, lounge and theater space. 

We're Oaklands premier music venue that brings the biggest and brightest artists to our stage, and now we're looking to give Sonicbids artists a chance to rock out on our legendary stage in the late fall/early winter months.  We're looking ahead to book shows once social distancing restrictions are no longer in place.

Complex Oakland has been working hard to create a safe and progressive facility for musicians and DJ's to come and grow, and collaborate with other artists and build their fan base. It is our mission to give artists a platform and offer an amazing opportunity to become part of a very supportive music community. This is an opportunity of a lifetime to play the legendary stage at Complex Oakland and build your fanbase.

• We're looking for bands of all genres that play original music. We love Hip-Hop, Funk, Reggae, Pop, R&B, and Soul acts and DJ's, but we're open to all genres if it's good music
• Bands must have stage experience 
• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
• All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
• We are looking for acts that fit with our vibe of the venue and the bill. Artists that apply need to be able to bring a fan base to the events. It's a large venue and demands artists with a following. Although there is walk-up traffic, we want artists to contribute themselves.
