CONTENT: Ready We're Rollin' Showcase (Recording & Broadcasting)

Sessions on the River has slots for 4 Sonicbids artists to have their live performance recorded in front of a studio audience and broadcast over the internet. Selected acts will receive 50% of all ticket sales, digital downloads, sync licenses, and revenues generated from the live recording.

Selected acts will be promoted extensively up to the event through social media, print ads, and radio partners.

A Sessions Showcase is not a typical live music event, but a one-hour live performance in a state of the art recording studio in front of a studio audience. The showcase is recorded live and simultaneously broadcast over the internet as artists perform in front of an intimate 140-cap studio audience. All showcases are distributed for playback on sites like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, CD Baby, iTunes, etc. in an effort to maximize each band's exposure. This professional recording and broadcast is valued at $2500.

Sessions on the River Recording Studio is a hybrid commercial recording studio with a live venue and record label in 3000 sq/ft. of space. Located in Fort Erie, Ontario, along the historic Niagara River Parkway, the studio is just 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls and only minutes from the Peace Bridge. It's also one of the only studios with a licensed lounge.

• Open to solo artists and bands who are ready to record live
• Original music is preferred during broadcast

Each showcase is 1 hr long & consists of 2 sets, roughly 40 mins. or about 8 songs. The host will interview the artist during the show between sets. All sound, recording and broadcast equipment is provided. For back line, some amps are provided.

Compensation: Selected acts get a free copy of their HD video. The music is a multi-track recording, with a post-production mixdown and master which is synced to video. There is no charge for this $2500 video. All events are pay-what-you-can w/a suggested price of $10-$25. Selected acts are paid 50% of both door & online ticket sales. Selected acts may sell copies of their live show. Sessions on the River will split all revenues associated with the event with selected acts 50/50, including ticket sales, digital downloads, CDs, sync licenses, etc.

Bands may sell merch onsite.
