ISC 2017 REOPENS ENTRIES FOR A SCREEN SHOT PROMO: Dec 4 - 13, 2017! 

For a limited time, ISC is looking for songs that are appropriate for Film, TV, Ads, Video Games, and other licensing avenues. Music placement is one of the most valuable ways that artists can generate income from their music, so we are very excited to launch this special promotion.

The International Songwriting Competition (ISC) is the premier international songwriting competition in the world, giving away over $150,000 in cash and prizes, including a Grand Prize of $25,000 US cash and more in merchandise and services.

Renowned for its high caliber of winners and judges, ISC offers you the chance to have your music heard by some of the most high-profile and influential figures in the music industry. 

Ten Screen Shot finalists will have their songs made available to almost 1,000 industry contacts who are looking for music for upcoming projects. Additionally, one overall winner will get the opportunity to directly network with a group of high-profile execs who specialize in music placement. Included are: Lionsgate, Domino, Antfarm, The Sound Works, and more.  Additionally, all songs will be entered into the overall music competition and be eligible to share in over $150,000 in cash and prizes. 

2017 Judges Include: Tom Waits, Lorde, Perry Farrell (Jane's Addiction), Nancy Wilson (Heart), Bastille, Hardwell, Ziggy Marley, The Mavericks, John Mayall, Don Omar, to name a few, as well as various industry executives from Elektra, Sire, Warner, Sony, Interscope, and more. For a full list of judges, click here.

• Winners will be selected based on individual songs
  
• The Performance category is based not only on songwriting but also the overall performance and delivery of the song. All genres of music are accepted in this category
• All songwriters entering the Teen category must be 18 yrs. old or younger by December 31, 2017. All genres of music are accepted in this category. Entering this category does not exclude you from entering other categories as well
• ISC Categories Include: AAA (Adult Album Alternative), Adult Contemporary (AC), Americana, Blues, Children's Music, Comedy/Novelty, Country, EDM (Electronic Dance Music), Folk/Singer-Songwriter, Instrumental, Jazz, Latin Music, Lyrics Only, Music Video, Performance, Pop/Top 40, R&B/Hip-Hop, Rock, Teen, Unsigned Only, Unpublished, and World Music. 
  

Additional Compensation Details:

• Grand Prize Winner of ISC 2017 will receive $25,000 and mentoring with elite record company executives and more
