CONTEST: Rising Artist Talent Search - Plaid Dog Recording

Plaid Dog Recording in Boston, MA is awarding select artists the opportunity to record an all-expenses-paid album at our studio. Working with our excellent producers and session band, we will help you develop your sound, expand your listenership, and launch your career, while you maintain 100% ownership of your music. Submit your music for consideration!

• Meet Your Producer: We will connect you with the right producer at Plaid Dog who can help you achieve your vision for this project
• Make The Band: Work with Plaid Dog's talented session musicians. You're also welcome to bring in your own
• Record Your First Single: Plaid Dog will record your first single, which we'll use to generate interest in your project from your community and beyond.
• Crowdfund with Plaid Dog: Using our own unique crowdfunding process, Plaid Dog will pre-release your album by helping you launch a crowdfunding campaign to raise the funds we need to finish your record!
• Record The Rest of Your Album: Once our crowdfunding campaign wraps, we'll get back in the studio with your session band and make a fantastic record together!
• Create Your Release Plan: Plaid Dog will help you create a plan to release and promote your album and expand your reach as an artist!

• Open to all genres except Hip Hop, EDM, Classical Comedy 
• Looking for artists in the New England area (MA, CT, RI, ME, VT, NH) and NY 

Select artists win the opportunity to record an all-expenses-paid album in our studio.  We'll record your first single, which will then be used for a crowdfunding campaign that we help you launch so you can record the rest of your album!
