Summary
Corndogorama is a 2 day music and art festival that attracts 5,000+ attendees. Celebrating its 13th year, Corndog is proud to announce a homecoming of sorts: the return to East Atlanta village.
Each year, Corndogorama showcases 50 of the best local and regional acts on 2 stages- one main stage, and one side stage. 1 slot is reserved for a Sonicbids artist!
Genres accepted include indie rock, electronic, metal, hard rock, and eclectic. NO jam bands, cover bands, commercial bands, etc. Check out the Corndog O Rama Website for a list of last yearÂ’s bands.
Corndogorama has become a stepping stone for such bands as Band of Horses, The Avett Brothers, Mastodon, the greenhornes, deerhunter and snowden. The festival also features a ton of crazy carnival events like the tricycle race, bobbing for beer, drunken obstacle course, the dunk tank, watermelon toss, stunt shows and queen corndog pageant, not to mention the World Eating Federation approved Corn dog eating contest! There is something for all the grown-ups and music freaks alike. Make 2009 the year of the Corndogorama Music Festival!
