Summary

California State University, East Bay, located in Hayward, CA, will be hosting a Battle of the Bands on April 23rd. The event will be held in the New Union Multi-Purpose Room, and is open to local bands only.



Prize Money



  • 1st Place - $500 Contract to perform on May 30th 2009 (Spring Fest)



  • 2nd Place - $300 Contract to perform a one-hour set at a Wednesday - Live@Noon concert at CSU East Bay on a date mutually agreed to by Associated Students and the artist(s).



  • 3rd Place - $100




Genres accepted include any type of rock. Each artist will have 25 minutes of performance time including stage change and sound check. Associated Students will provide all necessary lights and sound. Transportation will not be provided.
