Summary

Associated Students of California State University, East Bay is putting on a Live@Noon series of concerts for the Fall 2011 quarter. They will be selecting eleven new local or touring artists to play hour long concerts Wednesdays at noon for the 13,000 person student population of CSU East Bay.Artists will recieve compensation of $300-$400 as well as additional consideration for all other CSU East Bay events.
/n/nCalifornia State University, East Bay is looking for artists to perform one hour sets for university students each Wednesday at noon. CSU East Bay will book eleven different acts for the fall quarter and selected artists will also be considered for all on campus opportunites organized by Associated Students,including but not limted to opening acts for shows featuring national touring artists.

What Artists Get:


  • $300-$400 compensation for a 1 hour performance

  • Consideration for additional CSU opportunities

  • Access to CSU sound equipment for the performance

Associated Students organizes a variety of of programs to benefit the 13,000 students attending California State University, East Bay in Hayward, CA. They are hosting a Live@Noon concert series to run from September 21st and November 30th. Associated Students has a sound technician and the following equipment available for use by bands; A 20 channel mixer, 2 400 Watt speakers and 2 300 W monitor speakers run through 2 speaker amplifier, 3 dynamic microphones with microphone stands, and 3 drum microphones, and 5 each XLR and 1/4 inch cables. Any additional equipment needs to be provided by performers. Travel costs are also not compensated.
