Summary

California State University, East Bay is looking for artists to perform one hour sets for university students each Wednesday at noon. CSU East Bay will book eleven different acts for the fall quarter. Selected artists will be compensated $300-$400 for the hour performance and also be considered for all on campus opportunites organized by Associated Students,including opening for national touring artists.

Associated Students has a sound technician and the following equipment available for use by bands: A 20 channel mixer, 2 400 Watt speakers and 2 300 W monitor speakers run through 2 speaker amplifier, 3 dynamic microphones with microphone stands, and 3 drum microphones, and 5 each XLR and 1/4 inch cables. Any additional equipment needs to be provided by performers.

Associated Students organizes a variety of of programs to benefit the 13,000 students attending California State University, East Bay in Hayward, CA. They are hosting a Live@Noon concert series to run the duration of the Fall quarter from September to November.
