Summary

Associated Students organizes a variety of programs and events that benefit the health, wellness and entertainment needs of the 13,000 students at California State University, East Bay (CSU East Bay) in Hayward, CA. They host the “Live@Noon Concert Series”, offering a free live concert every Wednesday from 12:00-1:00pm for students at CSUEB. Submissions are currently being accepted for Live@Noon performances during the 2008/2009 school year by local and regional acts and those who will already be touring in the area. Artists will be compensated up to $500 for their 1-hour performance. Travel costs may be negotiated in addition to the performance fees.




The concert series is geared towards the entire CSUEB campus and covers a range of genres from jazz and hip-hop to classical and alternative rock. Associated Students seeks talent, both music and non-music (magicians, comedians, hypnotists, etc.) performers for several different on campus opportunities.




CSU East Bay typically books roughly 15 acts per semester. Submitting artists will be considered for all on campus opportunities organized by Associated Students, CSUEB.
