The festival is set in the mountains of Pipestem, West Virginia. They seek a high energy performance that will get the audience dancing, preferably with a world flavor and a positive vibe. They love fusion music with electronic, hip-hop or rock/jam sounds blended together with other styles or or ethnic flavors.


Selected artists receive:

• Compensation of $600


• 1 guest pass for each band member


• 100% of merchandise sales


• Accommodations in on-site artist cabins

Culturefest is now in its 8th year and had over 1,000 attendees last year. The mission of the festival is to inspire unity and promote respect for diversity. It is a four day camping event in the beautiful West Virginia mountains featuring workshops, kids' activities, drum circles, dance, art, healing arts and more.
