CityWalk will be providing live entertainment every weekend in 2010. They are looking to book alternative, rock, jazz, Latin, and pop artists to perform from May-November, 2010. Although this is a new event in 2010, approximately 200-600 people attend each show on average.

Artist compensation varies depending on theme - CityRock Live, Summer Night Music Festival, and CityRock Tonight! All performing acts will be provided audio support, production crew, security, operator for huge outdoor screen, marketing, and publicity. Artists can also sell merchandise with no cut to CityWalk, keeping 100% of merch sales.

Terms And Conditions

CODE OF CONDUCT

Welcome to Universal CityWalk and the Universal City Entertainment Complex. We kindly ask you to refrain from engaging in any of the following activity during your presence here:

1. Using physical force, obscene language, obscene gestures, or racial, religious or ethnic slurs which are likely to create a disturbance or impinge on the hearing or peace of other patrons of the Complex.

2. Physically or verbally threatening any person, fighting, annoying others through noisy or boisterous activities or by unnecessary staring, by following another person through the Complex or by using sexually explicit language or conduct, or in any other way creating a disturbance which is disruptive or dangerous to the Complex's patrons or its commercial function.

3. Running, skating, rollerblading, skateboarding, bicycling, obstructing or interfering with the free flow of pedestrian traffic or with patrons' view of windows and other tenant displays, or assembling for the purpose of disturbing the public peace or committing any unlawful act.

4. Creating litter, or throwing, discarding or depositing any paper, glass or other matter of any kind in this Complex except in designated trash receptacles, or rummaging in or removing from trash receptacles items not placed in the trash receptacle by the individual.

5. Defacing, damaging, or destroying any real or personal property constituting part of, or located in or on, the Complex and belonging to the Complex, its patrons, or its tenants, including writing, spraying, scratching or otherwise affixing graffiti on such property.

6. Bringing onto Complex property any animals, living or dead, with the exception of animals in the company of and trained to assist physically-challenged patrons or as part of an approved performance act.

7. Yelling, screaming, singing, playing of musical instruments, radios, or tape players, or otherwise communicating in a manner which creates noise of sufficient volume to impinge on the hearing or peace of the general public.

8. Engaging in non-commercial expressive activity without the prior written permission of the management of the Complex and in accordance with the Complex's rules for such activity.

9. Soliciting money or other contributions or donations, or distributing commercial advertising or promotional material of any kind (including but not limited to stickers, fliers, etc.), or offering samples of items which are sold, available for sale, or available in exchange for a donation or contribution, or scalping tickets, or engaging in any other commercial activity.

10. Failing to be fully clothed, or wearing apparel or gesturing in a manner which is likely to provoke a disturbance or embroil other groups or the general public in open conflict.

11. Sitting on the ground for more than 5 minutes or on any handrails, stairs, escalators or trash receptacles (other than those designed to be used as seating).

12. Possessing any open can, bottle, or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, except in areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcohol.

13. Possessing any unlicensed firearm or any other weapon, or engaging in any unlawful activity or behavior.
