Instinct Entertainment - Da Kink In My Hair TV series

Instinct entertainment is searching for artists to be featured on Da Kink In My Hair, a comedy/drama television show that is aired nationally on Global TV in Canada. It follows two Caribbean Canadian ladies who own a hair salon, their clientele, and their issues of every day life.

The show is looking for Reggae, Soca, and Calypso music for background and featured music, depending on the scenes.

There will be 13 episodes and the are in their second season. 6-9 songs per episode will be used at $500 - $1,000 per use, all rights, all-in (Master/Sync total), depending on the use. Filming will be in Toronto from July 3rd - early September, 2008.

Michael Perlmutter (instinct entertainment) has been a Music Supervisor for 11 years and worked on hundreds of hours of TV and many films. Highlights include: Queer As Folk (5 Seasons), Degrassi: The Next Generation (3 seasons) and The Best Years. Film highlights include Childstar, High Life, and Saint Ralph.

Michael has been asked to moderate/speak on panels at various conferences including MIDEM, NXNE, CMW, ECMA's, WMC and Billboard Dance Conference.
