Delaware Green Fest & Song Contest 2010

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to the Delaware Green Fest 2010. A minimum of six Sonicbids artists' songs will be selected. The finalists will perform 25-45 minute sets and the top three selected will receive $150 each. The winner will receive extra promotion and a potential future gig./n/nMusician activists are invited to submit songs of social and political significance centered on an environmentally green theme for the Delaware Green Fest 2010. A minimum guaranteed six Sonicbids artists' songs will be selected.



The first Annual Delaware Green Fest will take place in the famed outdoor Legislative Mall in front of Legislative Hall in Dover on April 18, 2010. This outdoor festival is designed as a celebration of Earth Day to raise community awareness of sustainable energy, environmental issues and the green movement. Our song contest is designed to showcase singer/songwriter artists who support and embrace the green movement.



The finalists will perform 25 to 45 minute gigs, depending on the time slot. The top three finalists will get $150 each. The winner will receive extra promotion, a potential performance for the Delaware Friends of Folk Summer Festival, and a potential radio interview.
