What is that credit worth? If you're a video gamer, you might recognize some of the publications that wrote about Dejobaan's last game including PC Gamer, The Onion, and many more. They were in Metacritic's roundup of Best Games of 2009 and they've also been nominated for Excellence in Design for IGF 2010. If you're not a gamer, then this basically translates into gobs of publicity, with literally millions of people.

Be sure to check out the video of an early prototype of the game.

Here's the process: Dejobaan Games takes the vocal, bass, or leaad track and takes a few clippings 4-8 bars. These clips will be inserted into the games and players will be able to use clips to create music. There are plenty of reasonably-priced loop libraries out there, but Dejobaan figured they'd try getting something more organic and interesting!
