Dirt Fest 2007

Thousands each year gather to the Dirt Fest, an outdoor music festival featuring today's hottest established and emerging artists. The 11th Annual Dirt Fest boasts an impressive lineup of well known hard rock, metal, alternative, and punk acts as well as a plethora of cutting edge acts. This year’s festival will be held Saturday, August 25, 2007 in the parking lot of the Birch Run Expo Center in Birch Run, MI.



Many genres are showcased at this event such as heavy metal, alternative, pop punk, punk, rock, goth, industrial, grind, etc. Over 50 artists will perform on 5 different stages throughout the day, and last year over 6,000 people attended Dirt Fest! Artists will not be compensated, nor are travel or lodging fees covered.


At least one slot is reserved for a Sonicbids artist.


The 2006 event was sponsored by Victory Records, Alternative Press Magazine, Banana 101.5FM, and Rockstar Energy Drink. It featured Every Time I Die, Madina Lake, Halifax, Mae, Silverstein, The Black Dahlia Murder, Ashes of Soma, The Spill Canvas, Houston Calls, as well as up and comers See You Next Tuesday, Drop Dead Gorgeous, The Human Abstract, Alesana, and many more.
