Named a “College That Rocks” by Rolling Stone magazine, Drake University offers a wide range of activities that enhance the campus social experience, including live music concerts on campus. The school is currently accepting submissions for performances during the 2008/2009 school year.
The school is seeking a variety of college friendly music acts including those that are electric and acoustic, original and covers. They typically book touring national acts, and compensate selected artists with a negotiable flat fee inclusive of travel and lodging. There are several venues on the Drake campus where performances typically take place. Drake University has a PA system on campus.
