Pop, rock and hip-hop artists are encouraged to submit. Tracks submitted should either be instrumental or have instrumental portions that can be used for the quick clip . Artists will retain the rights to their music and will receive full credit on the quick clip, including contact and/or website info. Additionally, Philadelphia's DJ Xcel may select your track for a remix.
