Elephant & Castle is a cozy underground pub in the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia with a capacity of 115. It is seeking local, regional, and touring bands to play Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Elephant and Castle welcomes a wide variety of genres including blues, cabaret, Celtic, classic rock, funk, jazz, reggae, and rock. Selected artists receive a guarantee or a percentage of door./n/nElephant & Castle is a cozy underground pub in the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Elephant and Castle welcomes a wide variety of genres including blues, cabaret, Celtic, classic rock, funk, jazz, reggae, and rock. Artists are expected to draw at least 25 people to the show. All band members must be 19+.

Selected artists receive:

• A guarantee or a percentage of door.


• Sound, lights, and a sound engineer are provided


• Artists are expected to bring their own backline and any additional equipment

Elephant & Castle is an underground pub located in the lower level of a cozy heritage building dating back to 1900. Located in the heart of Halifax and just a short walk from the Halifax Metro Center it is a perfect setting for lunch or to stop by for a beer and a show after work or on the weekend. The pub has a capacity of 115.
