Rules and Regulations:
- All artists must live in the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut)
- All artists must be 13 or older
- Understand that the winner will be responsible for transportation to the event
- All artists must not be under a recording contract with or distributed by a major record label
- All artists must Be legal residents of the United States
Dominion NY is one of Manhattan's most intimate multi-use event venues. Located at 428 Lafayette Street in the "Hot" Astor Place quarter of Manhattan in the famous 1831 Colonnades Row historical landmark building.
