Exit Strategy

Ask Around Productions, LLC is currently seeking original urban/alternative singles (no samples or covers) to be used in an upcoming urban romantic comedy titled “Exit Strategy”. The film is being executive produced by Big Boy, best known from top hip hop station Power 106 in Los Angeles and his nationally syndicated radio show “Big Boy's Neighborhood". The songwriter and recording artist must own the submitted track free and clear and be able to assign full rights for use in the film and possible soundtrack. This feature film will be seeking limited theatrical as well as DVD, VOD and TV distribution. Note that songwriters and artists retain ownership over their materials, and that this is a basic flat fee license. As is standard in this type of agreement, there will not be royalty payments, however the songwriter/recording artist will be compensated $50 all-inclusive per track used, given full screen credit and provided with a copy of the finished film. If a soundtrack album is produced, artists selected through Sonicbids will be given preference and will receive appropriate royalties for albums sold.
