The 12 track CD will have 6 slots reserved for up and coming independent artists while the remainder will consist of big name dance and house acts. Machiavelli is searching for dancepop, dance, and commercial house artists for the album. Selected artists get a €400 one time licensing fee per track and may also be considered for future publishing. 3,000 copies of the CD will be distributed at a major fashion industry event in 2011./n/nMachiavelli Music Publishing is creating a compilation CD for a famous high end Italian fashion brand. Machiavelli is searching for dancepop, dance, and commercial house artists for the album. They are looking primarily for unpublished works, but will consider published work for the CD. All work should be original and artists are required to own the copyrights to all submitted work.



Selected artists receive:

• A €400 one time licensing fee for each selected track


• Exposure on a CD with famous big name artists


• Possible usage and future royalties in high end fashion advertisement campaigns


• Consideration for future publishing with Machiavelli

Machiavelli Publishing is working with an unnamed partner in Italian high fashion to license songs for an upcoming campaign. They are working on creating a compilation CD to pass out to industry VIPs at a major fashion industry event in 2011. 3,000 copies of the CD will be printed. This will be the latest in a series of compilations that Machiavelli has done with many industries through the years. This CD will be pressed for September in time to be handed out at the industry event. No cover songs will be accepted.

A Deal Memo (download a draft version here) will be issued for the tracks selected and it must be signed for authorization by the master right owner/s and by the publisher/s; in case of selection of unpublished tracks, on top of the 400 Euros fee, there will be the opportunity to sign a publishing contract, entering the Machiavelli catalogue and be part of a worldwide network promoting music for film, TV, trailers, advertisements and other exploitation (draft of the publishing contract will be available upon request).
