Summary

The 11th Annual Atlanta Hip Hop Day Festival is a free family festival that pays tribute to the four elements of Hip Hop and Atlanta's contribution to Hip-Hop as a whole. The annual festival is held downtown Atlanta at Robert Woodruff Park.  

We are searching for Sonicbids artists who are not only passionate about the genre but who are excited to celebrate in one of the biggest hip-hop capitals of the world. 

The Opportunity

Atlanta Hip Hop Day Festival is a two day festival located downtown and is dedicated to giving every type of Hip Hop artist a chance to perform. The four sides of the park are dedicated to the four elements of Hip Hop displaying B-Boy & B-Girl exhibits, Emcee Battles, Turntablism and Graffiti artists. This will be an opportunity to bring out your current fans and grow your local fanbase in the process, while connecting with fellow artists and musicians. 

The Band

  • Calling all Hip Hop artists! This is your chance to take the stage.
  • Bands must be actively playing shows 
  • Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
  • All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
  • Acts must have a solid online presence 

The Gig

  • October 3rd-4th 2020
  • PA provided, bands may need to bring some equipment 
  • Bands are able to sell merch on-site
