We're looking ahead in the 2020 calendar due to social distancing measures currently in place, booking for the fall/winter months.
The Opportunity
Festival Fridays Creates the opportunity for folks to buy and sell West Virginia grown or produced products, while providing entertainment and creating an inviting atmosphere for all Citizens to enjoy. Increases access to fresh, West Virginia produced, nourishing and safe foods for citizens. Encourages, supports and promotes the entrepreneurial efforts of West Virginia independent growers, artisans and residents, seeking to sell their products directly to the public. Creates an opportunity for people to meet, eat and share stories, recipes and knowledge
It is a time to listen to regional music groups, view vendor's artwork or just find a new taste treat. Please join us in celebrating on , talk with old friends and make new acquaintances.
The Band
- Open to a wide range of genres including Folk, Country, Bluegrass, Americana, Roots, World, Funk, Singer-Songwriter, Spoken Word, Indie, Alternative & Family Friendly Bands
- Artists need to promote the event in advance of the show
- Bands need to have a proven history of playing local shows
The Gig
- Fridays from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the City's Jawbone Park
- PA system provided
- Bands can sell merch onsite & keep proceeds
