FEST: Out at the Fair Festival at Alameda County Fair (CA)

 Out at the Fair Festival is currently searching for artists to perform for Out at the Fair in Alameda County Fair on June 20. This year we'll be featuring California's finest queer talent sharing songs, dance, comedy, other performances. As we continue to grow bigger every year, this year we're talking our celebration to the Alameda County Fair and we're eager to bring Sonicbids LGBT artists on board for this year's festivities.  

This event was the brainstorm idea after noticing a lack of the LGBTQ community's presence at the San Diego County Fair.  It started by a simple Facebook status check in saying "Join us tomorrow for the 1st ever Unofficial Gay Days - Check-in to show your support." by William Zakrajshek (DJ WILL Z) & Caleb Wilkins. Fast forward to 2020 and this event has grown to attract over 70 000 to the annual celebration. As we gear up for a record-breaking festival this 2020, we're eager to book Sonicbids brightest LGBT artists this year.

• Out at the Fair Festival is an opportunity for local regional and nationally touring bands, singer/songwriter, comedians, spoken word, drag artists to come together and express themselves in a safe and supportive environment. 
• We're looking for a wide range of music from Folk, Blues, Hip-Hop, R&B, Soul Acoustic Opera, Classical, Rock, Pop, EDM, Jazz, to Spoken word, we want to hear everything! We're also looking to book DJ's
• Acts must be actively playing shows
• Acts must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
• Acts must have an extensive live show experience

• Time slots vary in time, typically lasting 45min-1hour
• Payment will be a guarantee, and determined upon booking
