Summary
The 10th annual Southern Roots Smokehouse Rockabbillaque is happening November 11th-13th 2022 in Charleston SC! We're a annual celebration (the 2nd Saturday of November each year) of all times mid-century: music, cars and style.
We're looking for Sonicbids artists to apply in the coming months and have something to look forward to in November!
The Opportunity
This Annual Festival which benefits Valiant Animal Rescue is a celebration of mid-century glory from an epic Classic Car & Vintage Bike Show, to roots rock, rockabilly, honky tonk and americana music from all over the map playing on over five outdoor music stages. The event includes an epic block party and brings together all the amazing Park Circle businesses from restaurants and bars to breweries and shops!
The Band
- Looking for a range of genres including Classic Rock (50s/60s/early 70s), Americana, Blues, Roots Rock, Country, Honky Tonk, Southern Rock, and Bluegrass
- Bands must have an active show history & performance experience
- We're ideally looking for bands that have a following and can bring a crowd
- Bands must be able to promote the show leading up to the show
The Gig
- Park Circle - Charleston, SC
- Band payment TBD upon booking
- Bands can sell merch onsite
- More spots allocated to perform than listed
