Summary

Shawnee Riverfest is looking for Sonicbids bands to play their free 8-hour concert benefiting the Pocono Alliance, which has played a critical role in comprehensive health and human service delivery in Monroe County since 2002.

The festival takes place July 14, 2019. 


The Opportunity

Shawnee Riverfest VIII is a weekend festival full of music and entertainment. 18 international, national and local acts unite to support an organization vital in NEPA, Pocono Alliance.

This festival kicks off with a Shawnee Riverfest PreParty, where selected acts meet, and perform with each other for a sneak-peek of the public. Then on Sunday, July 14th, the main event- an 8-hour free family-friendly concert, awaits on the Delaware River, with staging and sound provided by The Sherman Theater.

The Band

  • Open to a wide variety of genres
  • Bands must have a proven record of stage performance & be able to entertain a crowd with a tight set 
  • Music and performances should be family-friendly
  • Original acts
  • Must have a social media following and be able to bring fans

The Gig

  • Time slots from 12pm - 7pm
  • 40-minute set
  • Sound and stage provided
  • Backline provided
