Flow Fest is a multidisciplinary arts & music festival scheduled for September 12th & 13th in Nelson and Valhalla, made up of world-class artists, musicians, youth, Wisdom Keepers and educators from across B.C. and Canada, raising their voices for Water.

Using art as an activating medium, Flow Fest calls forward the possibilities of the future to keep water in the safe stewardship of the people, protect the eco-systems through which water flows and promote conscious water use.

There are 3 stages, including an emerging artist stage, and about 50+ artists play at the festival. Flow Fest will cover expenses, accommodations, meals and drinks for artists. Artists will receive a percentage of profits if enough is raised about production costs.

In the making, performing and reflecting on community-based art, a shared sense of place and meaning is discovered, recognizing that people are self-determining members of a collective that is shaping history.
