Summary

Versatile Film Composer wanted for a 1-hour non-union feature film. The focus of the film is the life of our central character. We begin during his childhood, follow him through life¹s obstacles, until reaching his retirement party. The challenge for you will be to capture the musical spirit of very intense moments in a brief period of time. The film incorporates live footage with photographs and computer graphics. The film is divided into two parts: Routine day ­ a good day, and Routine Interrupted day ­ a bad day. The score will require a central melody to carry us through the comfort of a good day and the discomfort of a bad one. Then it will have to make fast changes to adhere to such subject matter as Childhood, Education, Marriage, Immigration, War, Bills, Family Life, Retirement. A Fun and lively score is essential. The subject matter may sound heavy, but the film never looses its sense of humor. The Countries of influence include: 1) Lebanon, 2) France, 3) United States of America.
