FOCUS WALES 2011: Music Festival & Conference

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to FOCUS WALES, a 2-day festival and conference taking place in Llangollen, North Wales, with music industry experts from all corners of the globe in attendance. FOCUS WALES is reserving at least 3 slots for Sonicbids artists, and selected artists will be compensated $400 with a potential for additional compensation. Selected artists will also receive a basic performance rider.


Submissions are open to all artists, no matter your location. The festival offers performers the unique opportunity to perform in front of music industry experts, and help to establish their name and music in the UK./n/nFOCUS WALES is a two day Music Festival & Conference held at the Royal International Pavilion Complex in Llangollen, North Wales, UK, and will take place over the weekend of the 27th & 28th of May, 2011.
Submissions are open to all artists, no matter your location.



With music industry panels and discussions throughout the day on the Friday, featuring music industry experts from around the World - and live performances from a collection of the very best in music of Welsh origin throughout the Friday and Saturday, including special guest headliners, and selected International acts. 2011 headliners are Funeral For A Friend. Other acts confirmed include: Race Horses, Gallops, The Roseville Band, We Are Animal and Bright Light Bright Light, plus much more to be announced.



Selected artists will be paid a performance fee to the value of $400 for their performance at FOCUS WALES 2011 and there is a potential for additional compensation on a case-by-case basis. Selected artists will also receive a basic performance rider. The festival offers performers the unique opportunity to perform in front of music industry experts, and help to establish their name and music in the UK.
