PLAY: Plattduetsche Park Restaurant (NY)

Located at 1132 Hempstead Turnpike in Franklin Square, the Plattduetsche Park Restaurant has been serving up authentic German specialties and continental cuisine since 1939. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday, beginning at 12 noon. The Beer Hall at the Plattduetsche Biergarten is open year-round Friday through Sunday beginning at 12 noon. In addition, the Plattduetsche offers catering facilities for groups of 10 to 700, off-site catering packages, a bar menu, outdoor and indoor festivals and theme nights throughout the year and Long Island's largest Biergarten.

Since Plattduetsche Park is one of the most authentically German spots around, we’re certainly no stranger to hosting traditional German events and celebrations, like Jägerball, LI Bavarian Festival, Ompahfest and Oktoberfest throughout the year. However, the fun doesn’t stop there. We also host tons of other annual, non-German events, such as Baconfest, Family Fall Fest, the Christkindl Markt and Breakfast with Santa. We also book regular live music acts throughout the month. We’re looking for Sonicbids artists to join our lineup!

• Bands must be actively playing shows 

• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play

• All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style, and artists must have a fanbase

• Acts must have a solid online presence

• PA provided, bands may need to bring some equipment 
• Bands are able to sell merch on-site
• Compensation TBD at time of booking
